R&B Line Dancing
High energy/Low impact workout

Each line dance is a low impact/high energy choreographed workout designed to target the cardiovascular system, improve your fitness level and pump fun through your veins.
Initial meetings are slightly weighted by an instructional mode. The more basic dances will be introduced first, whereas they do not require excessive instruction. Students are giving the opportunity to learn as they go, while they actually execute the dance with continuous coaching.
For the more advanced dances, participants are shown the dance, talked through the steps and then given the opportunity to learn as they go. There is a ten to 15 minute period allotted for each dance, with a one-minute “show and tell” period. New dances are gradually introduced to the class as the class develops.
R&B Line dancing classes for all levels are offered several days a week and all are "drop-in" classes; you can start at any time. Check our online calendar to find the class that's right for you.
